    • 4Main is a comprehensive international portal which includes number of members in different countries, so presenting a specific law for it is completely impossible, and each member is responsible for his/her own country law.
    • 4Main is committed to protecting your online privacy. The following policy explains how your personal information will be treated when you use the 4Main service. We will tell you about material changes to this policy in advance, by posting a notice on our Web site, and informing you of any choices you may have about those changes.
    • We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with 4Main under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help 4Main communicate with you about offers from 4Main and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
    • We have a parent's permission to share the information if the user is a child under age 13. Parents have the option of allowing 4Main to collect and use their child's information without consenting to 4Main sharing of this information with people and companies who may use this information for their own purposes.
    • We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of 4Main's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
    • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
    • 4Main will make every effort to ensure the safety and protection of its Members’ data against access by non-authorized people or the improper use of the information supplied by its Members, by employing the appropriate technologies.
    • 4Main, when questioned in Court for an act performed by its Members, has the right to compensation for the amounts employed to defend it against the claimant, exercising its right of regression.
    • As a global website, 4Main has international users all over the world. When you give 4Main personal information, that information may be sent electronically to servers outside of the country where you originally entered the information. In addition, that information may be used, stored and processed outside of the country where you entered it.
    • 4Main reserves the right to edit or change the contents of any profile registered by any Member when it verifies the use of offensive language or defense of illegal acts; that is, any contents that is not lawful, moral or decent.
    • 4Main assumes no responsibility, and shall not be considered responsible; by the use third parties make of the information published by the Member in his/her profile.
    • Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, 4Main cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or while using the service, and you do so at your own risk. We have implemented technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to help protect personal information stored in our systems.
    • 4Main will not disclose any of your 4Main personal information except when we have your permission; in response to legal process or under the circumstances described below. 4Main does not sell or give access to our customer e-mail list or other customer profile information to third parties. The following describes some of the ways that your information may be disclosed.
    • 4Main allows its members to build a personal page by using a control panel. And has no responsibility upon the published information.
    • 4Main offers useful tools to limit the access to your personal information by Members, such as publishing your full name only to your friends and friends of friends. The level of privacy of various information you provide shall be determined by you. An icon will appear next to certain information to indicate that you can assign determined levels of privacy to that information.
    • We suggest that you know everyone who joins your social network, and that you trust these people enough to allow them access to those data you have made available to your friends in your profile. 4Main recommends that Members exercise care when disclosing personal information, such as, telephone number or address, to strangers.
    • To ensure your security, we recommend you periodically change your personal use password for access to your profile, and not disclose it to third parties. It is also recommended to exercise caution when publishing any of your personal information to third parties.
    • In case the password is forgotten, and if requested, 4Main shall send the Member’s password to the primary e-mail address informed in the profile.
    • 4Main recommends the Member uses a sequence of numbers or letters that do not directly identify him/her.
    • 4Main will never ask its members via telephone or E-Mail to announce their passwords. The member should always use the exit icon and not close the IE page until the final exiting from the website. I this case if you are sharing a computer with others in public places like coffee nets, libraries, etc, no one can access your personal information.
